1. The air in a confined space and health.
The air is one of the main factors for all living beings in nature. As it can be found in the statistics every person breathe about 20 000 times or 13 to 15 kg air daily. This is 10 times the weight of food and three times the weight of water to be taken per day. The quality of the air inspired depends of the life standard and individual health. In the modern world, more than 90% of the time spent by a person is in indoors. At home, at work or in public buildings the air is 5-10 times worse than the air outdoors. Bacteria, pollen, dust, mites, nicotine, ammonia, formaldehyde, poisonous and harmful gases released from construction and decorative materials have a negative impact on self-confidence, employability and health. Symptoms of premature aging, insomnia and amnesia are very common as well as cases of asthma, cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases. World Health Organization assumes that air pollution indoors is a major pest of human health in modern lifestyle. This is the main reason for the European Union to accept new directives for reducing harmful gases emitted in the atmosphere and improve air quality in the workplace.
2. Negative ions.
When the water molecule is interacted by light, mechanical or electrical energy negative ions are generated. We feel more calm and peaceful near waterfalls, mountains or beaches. All places like these have a high concentration of negative oxygen ions in the air. They improve the air quality by eliminating the negative effect of the harmful gases as formaldehyde, gasoline and ammonia. Negative oxygen ions also effectively inhibit the growth of molds and microorganisms. They are frequently called air vitamins.
3. "HEPA" and "True HEPA" filters.
Air dust filters are made of porous materials that retain and accumulate free micro particles in the air. With the abbreviation "HEPA" and "True HEPA" only highly efficient air dust filters (which absorb up 99.9% of the particles) are marked. Besides eliminating pollen and particulates emitted by pets (reason for most of modern allergies lately), "HEPA" filters also isolate the vital environment of microorganisms and fungi, suppressing their development.
4. Active filters.
Active charcoal is highly porous material. It is been derived from charcoal in which hydrocarbons are removed in the processing and the capacity for adsorption have been increased. The adsorption properties of carbon are a prerequisite for the active charcoal to be used in the air purification. Air filters, containing active charcoal neutralize unpleasant smell and poisonous gases. Military masks are made of it and to prevent deadly consequences of the poison gases. Air purifiers with active charcoal element are the most effective way of air purification in rooms for smokers.

5. Cold photo catalytic and nano catalytic filters.
Photo catalysis is a chemical process (reverse of photosynthesis) in which formaldehyde, gasoline and ammonia are been decomposed to carbon dioxide and other non harmful gases. Photo catalytic filters are activated by an UV lamp. They are included in the most modern technology for air purification and in the air purifiers are in the last level. Moreover photo catalytic filters eliminate microorganisms and viruses as well as nano particles the air. Thus there is a limit, which prevents the spread of viral diseases from one family member to the others or from an employee to another one. Cold nano catalytic filters are implemented in developing air purifiers “PureJet”. As a result, filters work effectively without the presence of UV light .

6. UV disinfection.
Incapacitating effect of ultraviolet radiation is determined to photochemical reaction. As a result an irreversible damage to the microorganisms' DNA occurs, which provides the death of harmful bacteria, molds, fungi, spores, Chlamydia, and other cysts. The UV radiation impact only live cells, without any affect on chemical components of the background. When the ultraviolet radiation in the wavelength range of 260 ± 10 nm and irradiation dose from 4 to 20mJ/cm2, a disinfection effect around 99.9% is achieved. For this purpose an ordinary bactericidal UV lamps are used. The air is going through the decontamination chamber, where is subjected to a continuous exposure of UV rays, that will eliminate all microorganisms located in the background .
